Dr. Shaun Palmer
PT, DPT, ATC

Dr. Palmer is the founder of VINNA and has his Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and Doctorate in Physical Therapy through school he completed multiple internships with the Milwaukee Brewers for both athletic training and physical therapy, and he was an athletic training intern for the Oakland Raiders.  

He has experience working with everything from adolescent sports injuries to neurological conditions and complex pain management cases.  In his career physicians commonly referred difficult cases to him that had failed traditional physical therapy due to the results that his patients achieved.  After a decade of managing and overseeing sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinics, he left insurance-based treatment to be able to provide high level care that isn't bound by insurance rules and regulations.  He also works with a performance technology company that creates systems that test the majority of high-level athletes throughout the world.

Danelle Tucker
CSCS, CES

Danelle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the NASM.  She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Sports Science and Performance Programming from Arizona State University and is currently working on her Masters degree from East Tennessee State University.  Danelle's background is in ballet, with 18 years of training and 2 years of professional experience.  After her ballet career, she ran on the cross-country team during her first year of college in California before transferring to ASU.

 

Danelle has been lucky enough to learn from some of the best places, such as EXOS and Phoenix Rising Soccer Club in Arizona, and BOLD Athlete Hockey Training Facility, as well as Training Foundation in her hometown of Alberta, Canada. 

 

When Danelle is not coaching, she loves to spend time cooking, going to a park to play catch or basketball, or hanging out with her friends. Danelle strives to lead a healthy lifestyle to be an example for all her athletes.
